Refunds and Exchanges

FountainArts® is committed to providing our customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, FountainArts will gladly return your unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund [less shipping].

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any items that are returned for reasons other than damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. All refunds must be within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note: Items purchased from www.FountainArts.com cannot be returned to a FountainArts retailer; they must be returned directly to the FountainArts warehouse. To return an item, simply fill out the return form located on the invoice you received with your order, include it in the box and attach the return label located on the bottom of the invoice to the outside of the box. FountainArts products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. FountainArts is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping and gift wrap charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns With A Receipt After 30 Days Of Receiving Order

Returns with a receipt after 30 days of receiving order will be refunded in the form of an exchange. Please contact FountainArts Customer Service at 844.955.WINE Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to assist you in this process.

Returns Without A Receipt

Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift registry returns, will be refunded in the form of an exchange at the current selling price of the product. Returning Damage, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, FountainArts will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact FountainArts Customer Service at 844.955.WINE Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to obtain a return authorization shipping label via email.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact FountainArts Customer Service at: Customer Service or call 844.955.WINE Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
